Bankside Patterson is a specialist in the manufacture and supply of steel framing to the holiday home and modular building sectors.
Established in 1959, we occupy a 100,000sqft / 14 acre site in Brandesburton Nr Driffield, East Yorkshire, England, and have in that time built an
excellent reputation for delivering high quality, engineered solutions working in partnership with our customers. The company has continually
invested heavily in new machinery that includes state-of-the-art spray shop that meets the new legislation, linear welder, CNC machinery and a
6M press the only kind in mainland UK. This investment along with the technical expertise enables our clients an unrivalled facility to provide a
high quality product whilst allowing flexibility in design.
The company is registered under ISO9001:2000 and holds membership of the National Caravan council N.C.C and associate membership of the
Modular Portable Building Association M.P.B.A.

Bankside Patterson has a long standing reputation for quality service and innovation in the supply of chassis to the Holiday Home industry.
The company’s philosophy is to produce high quality chassis and frames combining technology – strength – durability – ease of maintenance and
value for money.
We have invested heavily in new CNC machinery and design software in order to manufacture 75% of parts for our products in-house. This gives us
more control over the quality of our components and enables the company to respond quickly to changes in customers’ requirements. We have
embraced lean manufacturing methodologies and there has also been continual focus on new product development to fully exploit the new capabilities
at our disposal.

We are always looking to introduce Product Enhancements but the most significant has been the implementation of the Warranty Passport; this can provide you with 2 year Anti-Corrosion on painted products and 5 years on Fully Galvanised Chassis.
