Corner Steady:
24” x 3.25mm Mild Steel, maximum loading capacity of each corner steady when used in the main position of 5° from the vertical plane is 4 Tonnes (39 KN) Corner steadies are designed to only provide temporary means of support. These should not be used for levelling purposes or as a permanent means of support.
Jockey Wheel Assembly:
Maximum load that can be applied in a static position - 150KG
Hitch:
Cast Iron with 50mm Ball
Maximum vertical static load of the coupling head - 2.5 Tonnes (24.5 KN)
Paint:
The painting and corrosion protection is tested in accordance with the current edition of International Standard ISO 12944 and BS3900: F4 1991

Galvanising:
Hot Dip Galvanised coating is in accordance with the current edition of International Standard BS EN ISO 1461: 1999

Bankside Patterson recommends the use of a trolley jack rated as appropriate to the weight of the home. The Jack must be sited on firm ground.

Design Notes:
The chassis design presumes that he structural properties of the superstructure compliment and enhance the chassis mechanical performance. Hence, regulatory criteria is achieved by the composite whole. The customer should be aware that unbalanced or uneven loads applied to different areas of the chassis may have an adverse effect on chassis performance.
